is Neil Nieh. He is ICN’s Vice President
and Director and is primarily respon-
sible for the technical side of the busi-
ness. He explains to us how ICN got its
start: “In 1982 the government in Tai-
wan decided to address the interests of
the out-of-country Chinese in the USA
by making available video cassettes of
movies and TV series from Taiwan.”
