EchoDec introduces a integrated Receiver Decorder with a built-in
decoder for the Italian RAI programmes on EUTLESAT II-F2. Only
those two programmes are preprogrammed and the receiver is
intended only for viewers of the Italian channels. The receiver is
able to tune in to the RAI radio channels, whenever they might
start transmission.
